Orders

With TRKR, a contractor can go online and order concrete products through specific product catalogs unique to the RMX companies listed. This is a first for the industry.

Back Room

TRKR eliminates the need to mail out billing statements and invoices. When the product has been delivered to the job site, the delivery notice is provided electronically. The program also helps satisfy legal compliances and allows all parties to more accurately identify any cost overruns.

Payments

Customers can now pay with credit/debit cards up front through the platform. Customers who prefer paying with cash can use services like MoneyGram or Western Union through TRKR to pay instead of having to carry cash. Of course, for those with established credit, traditional invoicing is still an option.

Safety

With TRKR Mobile, a driver must complete a safety checklist before completing a delivery. The driver also has the ability to record video, photos and notes to further document the job site experience. TRKR Mobile ensures that the driver records are up to date. If a contractor, all licensing is also kept up to date.
